I always wanted to build something of my own, but the biggest hurdle was never the idea, it was finding real clients. So I did cold outreach by hand: building lists, dialing numbers, typing out emails one by one, often without even knowing if the right person was on the other end. At some point it was obvious how much time and money that was quietly burning, so I started building my own tools to automate the process. That became Frostbreaker, and I've never run out of ways to reach the right people since, and that's exactly what I want to give other agencies and freelancers too.
